- Apartments - atiel OR Quaker Parrot?

Well if your management doesnt mind noise get a conure, they are very loving. atiels are your 2nd choice they too are very loving and much quite. Quakers i would go for before a atiel. All birds you have to get them hand fed and get them as soon as they are weaned (taken away from mom) so they can think of you as part of there flock. I wouldnt trade Louie my atiel for anything though.
