How do I know if she wants me to "touch" her?

Here's the thing: we've been dating for a week, and we have been good friends for over 2 years. Anyways, she's a total pervert, but she's still a virgin (so am I). Whenever I go over to her house, we spend a lot of time on the couch, watching t.v. or playing games. When we are just sitting there, she reaches over to hold my hand, and she snuggles up to my side. I notice when she looks at me, her eyes are slightly dilated, even though the room is dark. I'm new to relationships, but, I get this feeling that maybe she wants to go to second or third base. What do you think?
