How did Noah get the kangaroo on the Ark?

The bible said he took two animals of every kind on his ark. Kangaroos are very different from animals found in Europe, Asia and Africa so presumably he took a Kangaroo on board as well. I mean he started somewhere about Israel and ended up in Turkey, in 40 days of rain and 150 days they remained could his boat could he have made it to Australia and back in that time.
