What do these signs mean?

This girl, Jess, and I dated for awhile. Then she started talkin to her ex. She still would tell me everyday that she loved me and kiss me. Well, I recently moved out of state for a few months. Her and I would talk everyday and plan our future for when I move back. Now I get no response from her (calls or texts) although I know she has her phone with her cuz my other friend was texting her and getting replies. I am heart broken. Its all I think about. Please don't be negative and hurtful when you reply to this. I am pretty sensitive right now and could use some help.
