Should i read the book/series: Twilight ?

My 16 year old daughter read the first one not too long ago and is BEGGING me to buy her the next one!!! I haven't read it myself, so don't know just how much gore and stuff it has in it. But I do know she isn't really into stuff that is too scary cause it might make her scared at night. I say go for it! If you get to something you don't like... close it up and p it along to someone else to read! HAPPY READING!!!
