Big ten school or out of the way whitewater?

hi. i'm wanting ot be a speech pathologist. i have to do 1 year of undergraduate coursework before continuing a 2 year graduate program in order to do this. i'm debating whether to go to UW madison or UW whitewater ( or some other wisconsin or perhaps minnesota school ) for the undergrad and the graduate portions. i was thinking Madison because i live here, but i dont wnat to live with my parents any longer. i also dont really want cles taught by TA's. i want personal attention in case some of the stuff is hard. i want ot give it my all and really be an excellent student. shoudl i go to whitewater? the only downside to that is that no one has ever heard of whitewater and with reason, its a town of 10,000 andidont have a car. iwould be stuck in that tiny town ! but is it worth the personal attention? what woudl you do?
