Girls i need your opinion ! this is every important?

my friend just told me she thinks shes PREGNANT !!! it was her first time....and she says she thinks it because 1. pees alot 2. stomach hurts 3. been throwin up and she said he didnt have protection so does this mean she might be pregnant , they have those tester things (im a guy i dunno the name) but she cant do that for like ahwile , her parents CANT kno and shes like 15 !!!!....shes just my friend ! just saying
