How can i eat chocolate and still stick to my diet?

Eat some chocolate, but don't overdo it. Set yourself a chocolate limit for each day, and decrease your limit little by little over a period of time. Like say, "I am going to allow myself to have 9 hershey kisses each day this week, and I will have 8 every day next week." If you try to cut it out completely right away then you might crave it even more.
