My family wants me to be christian.?

what should i do? i was raised to believe that stuff but now I'm getting older and I don't think its true at all. I'm planning on becoming a hydro-geologist so i learn a lot about the history of the Earth and it sounds a lot more realistic than christianity. so of course my family introduces me to 'creationism' and 'intelligent design' to convince me of their beliefs and now I'm really starting to lose my respect for them..especially my parents and grandparents. and they say the only reason im rejecting their beliefs is because i have no morals and want to live by my own rules? its tearing us all apart what should i do?
