What will give me more of a preformance boost in my gaming?

I would add another GB of RAM if your system board can handle it. The next thing I would add is a different video card - the type of card depending on what your motherboard can handle. RAM is cheap right now - some types going for $30 /GB stick. The other $200 will buy you a nice video card.
