Can Wasabi leave you burning sore after defecating?

Okay, I've experienced the burning one can get when going to the bathroom after eating spicy chilli food. But can the same happen with ingesting Wasabi? Reason I ask is because my workmate just offered me $20 if I quickly gulf down 2 small sachets in the one gulf.
