Tilted uterus and an ovarian cyst?

ok so i have these horrible lower stomach cramps not like menstrual cramps but more like intestinal sometime when i go number two my lower back hurts...and really painfull periods i went to the doctor today and i asked for my record he have me my er record and it said "the uterus is retroverted" and that on my left ovary i have a 16mm cyst....can ths cause painful bowels...and i never knew why i could not have with out being painful..thanks ladies
