How far along do you think I am?

I am going to the doctor next week and the anticipation is killing me. My last period was October 22nd. I took a pregnancy test on the 27th of November and it said no, but I was feeling very ill. I took a second test the next week and it still said no. Could both of those test been wrong? I finally got a positive on the 22nd of December. My husband and I are very excited and I am just dying to find out how far along I am. I have already started to gain weight, I am all day sick, and my mood swings are terrible. Do you think it is possible for me to be like 12 weeks? Or would your say closer to 6 weeks. Thank you for your answers.
