I want to be Friends with a creepy guy who freaks everyone in school out?

well there's this guy in my school that dresses in military surplus a trench coat gloves and his bag he scares everyone because of an indecent where he insulted a bully about his intellect and got beaten up but the creepy thing is he didn't even flinch and he kept laughing as if he enjoyed it eventually he got KO'ed but still creepy not that this is the first time he pissed someone off at school our physics teacher has been corrected by him over 5 times and the fact that he only speaks on a very rare occasion makes it even stranger to hear him speak his voice sounds forced as if he was trying to sound less like himself he never seems to be beaten to a cl as if he never has to do anything in between cles i have tried talking to him he never responds one time the hottest girl in the school tried to talk to him and he mad dashed out of the area i mean he isn't athletic he can barely do anything other than walk in gym because of some note what do you think i should do i'm not looking for nothing i want to be friends with this guy don't ask why i just do.
