What's the deal with this interview??? to have or have not...?

I had a job interview that went really well, and they called me back for a second interview, which also went well. I sent a thank you not as soon as I got hom from the first interview. During the second interview, I spoke to 4 other people, they introduced me to some people around the office and began to talk numbers with me. The guy in charge of the hiring, said he liked me and they I had a certain professionalism that the office was lacking & I could expect to hear for him directly. He even said thet he was certain that they could do better than the wage they advertised since I have so much experience. Well, that was a week ago today. I sent yet another thank you note for the second interview and let him know that I'm available to anser any more questions that he may have for me, as I know that finding the right candidate "takes time." trying not to sound pushy, but gently remind him, "yoo hoo, I'm still waiting to hear from you!" He hasn't replied back. Think it's all over? forget
