Liberal Atheists, Did Evolution Stop At Humans or Race?

Many of the liberal atheists seem to deny that the theory of evolution is racist. They seem to believe that everything evolved on earth, except humans and races. Evolution made blue birds, red birds, and black birds all with different qualities needed for survival, but it stopped when it got to humans. They claim there is no difference between the races, regardless of what we see in front of our faces. Are these people real, or are they trying to undermined us?
